About Clarisse
I'm an Aboriginal Family Therapist, Facilitator, Consultant and Lecturer with 20 years experience walking alongside individuals, families, communities and organisations.Â
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through safe relationships, honest reflection and culturally responsive practice. I create spaces where people feel respected, supported and challenged to think deeply about their work, leadership and impact.Â

Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience as an Aboriginal woman, I bring a relational, trauma-informed and culturally safe approach to learning, facilitation, consultation and therapeutic support. Whether working with frontline practitioners, community leaders, managers or executives, my focus is on helping people navigate complexity with confidence, curiosity and integrity.Â

I am known for creating environments where difficult conversations can occur safely, where diverse perspectives are welcomed and where people leave practical with practical insights they can apply in meaningful ways.Â
At the heart of my work is a commitment to strengthening people, organisations and systems so they can better strengthen the communities they support.Â
